Project Summary

A manufacturer of agricultural machinery was facing the challenge of a diversified and complex inbound supply chain due to steady growth and increased sourcing from low cost countries. The objective was to design the ideal inbound supply chain strategy and support its implementation. Miebach Consulting developed a concept for inbound transport as well as logistics for all plants and supported the complete tendering process. A roadmap was defined to implement the new inbound concept.
