A global fast-moving consumer goods company joined forces with Miebach Consulting to unify the design criteria for their warehouses around the world. Warehouses cater to different needs in each market, and are subject to different contextual conditions such as labor costs, land values, and other factors, but the criteria and methodology used for design should be consistent and repeatable. Miebach was successful at establishing guidelines and developing tools to ensure that they are followed globally.
