One of the region's major apparel companies, faced with bottom-line pressures, targeted to reduce its logistics costs by € 15 M in a short duration of 10 months. To achieve this aggressive milestone, Miebach Consulting was engaged to analyze and optimize the organizational structure and focus areas across functions of procurement, production, logistics, and sales. Afterwards, the optimization measures are implemented with extensive project management structure, timelines, and progress monitoring.
