To achieve this aggressive milestone, Miebach Consulting was engaged to analyze and optimize the organizational structure and focus areas across functions of procurement, production, logistics, and sales. Afterwards, the optimization measures are implemented with extensive project management structure, timelines, and progress monitoring.
