Tasks

1. Project Leadership:

- Lead large-scale transformations in supply chain design, including supply chain organization, production footprint optimization, distribution network design, transportation optimization, and the design and implementation of operating models for supply chain planning.
- Customize solutions to meet clients' specific business needs.

2. Team Development:

- Mentor and coach the team to maximize their potential and performance.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

3. Customer Relationship Development:

- Build and maintain strong C-suite customer relationships, providing high-visibility solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their supply chain challenges and provide effective solutions.

Profile

Experience:

10+ years of experience in supply chain design and planning.
Proficiency in network, transportation and inventory optimization.
Proven experience in leading and organizing cross-functional teams.

Project-based Experience:

Demonstrated success in executing project-based work, managing timelines, and delivering results.

People Management:

Prior experience in people management or team leadership roles.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
