A leading drugstore chain expanded one of its regional warehouses into a central warehouse, during which it wanted to optimize processes and automate procedures. Miebach Consulting optimized and documented these steps with process descriptions. Changes were made to the specification sheets for the existing warehouse management system and a tender call was issued for a new warehouse control system. Miebach took over quality control throughout the project and supported tests through to system launch.
