The subsidiary of an international group in the fashion industry planned to optimize their personnel and vehicle deployment following a merger with one of their biggest competitors. Miebach Consulting was asked to identify the cost-optimal framework for route planning. Based on the data collected, an average week was simulated and a sensitivity analysis was carried out. To optimize the route planning, Miebach derived measures from the comparison with the as-is situation.
