A global leader in the fragrance and flavor industry had grown substantially over the past century, and after moving through 5 different owners was not positioned to align with modern supply chain concepts. Miebach Consulting was brought in to optimize this outdated facility, as they were facing the increasing challenges of smaller batch sizes, increased SKUs and improving customer service. This project included supporting the tender process with creation of tender documents and contract negotiations.
