Miebach Consulting Named One of Indiana’s Best Places to Work for Second Consecutive Year
16.02.2026
Miebach Consulting has once again been recognized as one of the 2026 Best Places to Work in Indiana, marking the second consecutive year the company has earned this distinction. The award program, now in its 21st year, is led by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and honors organizations demonstrating exceptional levels of employee satisfaction and workplace engagement.
The statewide survey and awards initiative evaluates participating companies through a comprehensive two-part assessment process. The first component reviews workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second consists of an anonymous employee survey measuring the overall employee experience. Combined scores determine the final honorees and rankings. Workforce Research Group oversees the registration process, data analysis, and final results.
"Last year was transformational for Miebach, with record growth far beyond our most optimistic business plans and an investment from a private equity partner,” said Nick Banich, CRO of Miebach U.S. “One of our biggest concerns is that rapid growth could result in losing the people-centric culture that makes this such a unique company to be a part of. Receiving third-party validation from the Indiana Chamber — based directly on feedback from our employees — reassures me that our leaders remain focused on the right priorities."
“The Best Places to Work program is a great way for organizations to take the temperature of their culture and how it’s resonating with today’s workers,” says Indiana Chamber President and CEO Vanessa Green Sinders. “We salute each of this year’s winners for their commitment to displaying best practices in their workplaces, which are enabling them to attract and retain employees, as well as drive increased productivity and overall success.”
Best Places to Work in Indiana winners are selected across five company-size categories, ranging from small businesses to major employers with more than 1,000 U.S. employees. Rankings will be announced at the awards ceremony on May 13, 2026, and later published in the Indiana Chamber’s BizVoice® magazine.
“2025 was a defining year for us,” said Emilie Laliberté, People Development Manager for Miebach U.S. “We introduced a new internal structure, grew by nearly 20%, exceeded our annual goals, and earned Employer of Choice recognition for the second year in a row, all while moving into the medium-sized company category. I’m proud of the trust our people place in us and how they continue to embrace change, grow together, and strengthen the foundation of our organization.”
This repeat recognition reinforces Miebach’s continued investment in its Indiana team and its dedication to building an inclusive, high-performance workplace environment.
