Career

Our career plan is the key to our growth strategy. Yet, we do not follow a 'Grow or Go' policy.

Our Human Resources policy is based on the continue development of our employees. We are interested in hiring people on a long-term basis and we offer the following opportunities for your career.

  • Recent graduates start their careers as Project Engineers or Consultants, depending on the Competence Center they join – Supply Chain Structures, Material Handling Engineering & Processes, Information Technology or People & Organizations.
  • Project Managers take responsibility for complete projects. Due to our integrated planning approach there is no functional diversification at this level, promoting collaboration between different Competence Centers and teams.
  • Senior Project Managers are on the path to becoming Business Unit Managers. They develop clients’ relations, may take over Competence Centers or be responsible for a business area or subsidiary.
  • Business Unit Managers are responsible for the all aspects of the company operation, including market development, finance and personnel, as well as overall project deliveries. They outline the company strategy and maintain and renew clients’ relations.
