Training
The ongoing training and further education of our entire staff is a focal point of our investments. All new staff members first complete a program of four integrated one-week training courses. These interactive Junior Logistics Training (JLT) sessions are assigned to our individual working areas and are conducted mainly in the form of lectures, workshops and case studies. We also focus on efficient training in communication techniques, creativity and teamwork, in parallel with on-the-job training.
