Miebach's office in Poland now a direct subsidiary to Miebach Holding

Frankfurt on the Main/Katowice. Miebach's office in Poland now is a direct subsidiary of the Miebach Holding. On July 1st 2009, Holding MD Jürgen Hess and MD Katowice, Marian Jezusek, have signed a document to put the Polish business activities from the German Miebach Consulting GmbH to an independent subsidiary of the Holding. Miebach Consulting Sp. z o.o. After 10 years of consultancy activities and more than 100 projects by Miebach Consulting in Poland this step was necessary in order to comply to the demands of on site project management. Holding MD Jürgen Hess went to Katowice recently to make final decisions and to sign the documents with MD Marian Jezusek. He congratulated all polish colleagues to this encouraging step. The new subsidiary caters to the clients growing need of supply chain engineering services in Poland.

 
Marian Jezusek expects excellent long term opportunities on the polish market for Miebach’s “Supply Chain Engineering” approach. “Placement of Katowice in the centre of a highly industrialized region is promising”, says Jürgen Hess. “Katowice offers contacts in one of the most important industrial centres of Poland with close connection to Wroclaw, Krakow, Czech Republic and
Slovacia. It is a base for future growth in East Europe”. Currently Miebach Poland manages a
realization project for a popular drugstore retail chain.
