An international logistics service provider needed assistance to implement their new measure catalogue to optimize the logistics processes and increase the transparency of operations. Miebach Consulting was asked to provide custom KPIs and implement a controlling tool. All areas from inbound to outbound were analyzed; however the special focus was the picking and packing process. Additionally, the inventory management had to be considered, regarding service levels.
