We are currently looking for an Analyst to support our growth. The new joiner will start his/her career in Miebach collaborate with clients and project teams to enhance supply chain efficiency and contribute to cost savings, understanding and modeling the Clients current operational processes, identifying main pain points, defining and developing solutions, and supporting implementation activities.

 

This role presents an excellent career opportunity to develop supply chain modelling and design skills in multiple industries in an international environment. This position requires domestic travel depending on project requirements.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Project Support: Assist project teams in day-to-day execution, ensuring tasks are delivered on time and with quality.
  • Data Collection & Validation: Gather, clean, validate and organize data from clients and internal sources; ensure traceability.
  • Process Documentation: Map and document logistics and operational processes (as-is), supporting requirements definition.
  • Analysis & Insights: Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Solution Support: Help evaluate IT tools/solutions and contribute to functional requirement lists, test cases, and user stories.
  • Implementation Assistance: Support testing cycles, UAT preparation, training material drafts, and go-live readiness  
  • KPI Support: Assist in defining, calculating and monitoring KPIs related to logistics performance and technology impact.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare slides, minutes, status trackers, and analysis summaries for internal and client use.
  • Data Work: Build structured datasets, perform basic modeling and create dashboards under supervision.
  • Benchmarking: Collect market and technology benchmarks to support recommendations.
  • Workshop Support: Take notes, synthesize outcomes, and prepare follow-up materials.
  • Deliverable Development: Produce draft sections of reports/presentations and refine based on feedback. Project Coordination: Keep task lists updated, track open points, risks, and dependencies.
  • Knowledge Building: Proactively learn about logistics IT (WMS/TMS/ERP/BI/automation) and project tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.

  • Master’s degree or specialized training in logistics/supply chain or digital transformation is a plus.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., SQL, Power BI, basic cloud, process modeling) are a plus but not mandatory.

Skills/ Experience:

  • 0-2 years of professional experience (internships or early-career roles accepted) in IT, supply chain, logistics, engineering, analytics or similar environments.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics processes or strong interest in developing it quickly.
  • Exposure (academic or professional) to IT solutions such as WMS, TMS, ERP, BI, automation or data platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (Excel/Sheets, SQL basics, BI tools).
  • Ability to structure information, document processes, and support hypothesis-based problem solving.
  • High motivation to learn consulting methodologies and logistics IT best practices.
  • Languages: Spanish and English (professional working proficiency). Other languages are a plus.
