The client, a German special machinery manufacturer, was undergoing a major transformation to reposition itself as a series supplier. Traditionally operating on a project-based business model, the company faced increasing pressure to meet their ambitious performance targets: 50% delivery time reduction, 40% lead time reduction, and doubling production volumes within two years. This growth ambition was reinforced by the strategic goal to quadruple revenue by 2033. Achieving this required a scalable and transparent operational control framework.

 

Miebach was approached to design and implement a custom KPI system that would replace the outdated steering model and support this transformation with measurable performance metrics and cross-functional visibility.
