Stephan has an exceptional track record in leading large-scale transformation initiatives across the pharmaceutical, consumer goods, and industrial sectors as well as in Consulting. His expertise includes strategic planning, supply chain restructuring, S&OP and organizational development. He has held senior leadership positions at Teva Pharmaceuticals and Boehringer Ingelheim, overseeing global and regional supply chains, complex distribution networks, and cross-functional teams across Europe, the Americas, and Asia.
