Delta Development wins Logix Award 2025 for Levi's Distribution Center 

Miebach’s project partner Delta Development has won this year's Logix Award 2025, one of the most prestigious awards for logistics real estate in Germany.

Delta Development received the award for the Levi Strauss & Co. distribution center in Dorsten, which sets new standards for sustainable construction and future-proof logistics in several respects.

Miebach supported this awarded project of Levi Strauss & Co. as a strategic and technical partner, contributing expertise in network design, conceptual planning, logistics processes, and tendering activities. Through close collaboration with the client and Delta Development, Miebach contributed to realizing a state-of-the-art, sustainable logistics hub that meets both current operational needs and long-term strategic goals.

Circular economy consistently implemented

The project impresses with its consistent focus on the principles of the circular economy. Right from the planning stage, attention was paid to the subsequent reusability of building materials and the ability to dismantle the building by type. Delta Development thus impressively demonstrates how sustainable construction can offer not only ecological but also economic added value. 

Climate neutrality and architectural quality in harmony

In addition to the ecological dimension, Levi’s distribution center also impresses with its climate-neutral design and high architectural and functional quality. The property meets the latest standards in terms of energy efficiency, space utilization and flexibility. The building is multi-client capable and has a modular structure, which enables long-term use even if requirements change.

Signal effect for the entire logistics sector

The jury of the Logix Award recognized the project as an example of best practice that is groundbreaking for the entire industry. In particular, the successful combination of sustainability, innovative strength and economic efficiency makes the logistics center a role model for future developments in the logistics real estate landscape.
