Cate Davis is a Manager at Miebach, serving as the Global Lead for the Pharma & Life Sciences industry and the Business Development Leader for North America. In these roles, she combines industry expertise with a passion for building strategic client partnerships and driving growth.
As Global Lead for Pharma & Life Sciences, Cate guides Miebach's industry initiatives and supports clients across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device sectors. She serves as an executive sponsor and subject matter expert for engagements worldwide, helping organizations navigate complex supply chain challenges.
As Business Development Leader for North America, Cate leads sales and market development efforts across the United States and Canada. She works closely with clients to understand their business objectives and identify supply chain solutions that support growth, resilience, and transformation.
Cate holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and brings nearly a decade of experience across manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution environments. Her ability to bridge industry expertise with commercial leadership enables her to deliver value to clients and support Miebach's continued growth.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking her dog, and gardening.
