Paul Flanagan is a Principal in the Oxford office and joined Miebach Consulting in 2021.
He focuses on strategic network design projects supporting market entry strategies, mergers and acquisitions, transitions from single- to multi-tier networks, as well as disaster recovery and contingency planning. His work ensures operationally and commercially grounded solutions that are both implementable and sustainable.
Paul brings over 20 years of experience across operational and non-operational functions within global supply chains, having worked with some of the UK’s largest companies. His industry background spans the fashion, retail, and third-party logistics (3PL) sectors.
