Sascha Kalytta joined Miebach in 2024 and is a Senior Consultant in the Berlin office. He has more than twelve years of experience in intralogistics. The focus in his work lies in strategic planning and integration of modern automation technologies within complex logistics and material flow structures.
He leads international logistics and automation projects from concept and feasibility studies through implementation and operational optimization. Sascha takes a holistic approach to technology, operations, and organization, combining engineering expertise with structured project management. A particular focus of his work is the rigorous evaluation and practical integration of emerging technologies with regard to economic viability, scalability, and operational robustness.
Prior to joining Miebach, Sascha spent several years at Roche Diagnostics in project management, where he led complex large-scale projects, including automated logistics centers as well as modular production and laboratory facilities. Before that, he was responsible for international intralogistics projects at Lidl Stiftung & Co. KG, delivering automated warehouse facilities in Italy and Spain.
Sascha holds a master’s degree in industrial engineering from Mannheim University of Applied Sciences. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Design for Six Sigma Black Belt, and Lean Master.
In his free time, he engages in sports across various disciplines, enjoys the diversity of Berlin’s nightlife, and has a strong affinity for the philosophy of yoga.
