Leadership transition at Miebach France: Dominik Bühring takes on Managing Director role in Paris

Miebach is setting the course for its next phase of growth in France: Dominik Bühring has been appointed Managing Director of Miebach France, effective March 1, 2026. He succeeds Alberto Alberici, who has played a pivotal role in building the Paris office since its establishment in 2019 and has successfully led it over the years.

Nearly three decades of Miebach experience

Dominik Bühring joined Miebach in 1996 as an industrial engineer. Over the years, he took on increasing responsibility, leading the firm's global competence field for material flow processes. In 2014, he moved to Shanghai as Managing Director, where he built Miebach's China office from the ground up, covering both engineering and broader supply chain topics. Since 2021, he has also been supporting the Paris office in a director capacity. Dominik holds a degree in business and industrial engineering from TU Darmstadt and spent a year studying at École Centrale de Lyon.

A legacy worth building on

Alberto Alberici served as Managing Director of Miebach France for more than seven years. Drawing on his expertise across supply chain strategy, engineering, and people & organization, he led projects spanning France, China, the Czech Republic, Saudi Arabia, Slovenia, and the United Kingdom. Alberici will stay with the company with a focus on project work in material flow planning and implementation.

“After 26 years at Miebach, and having the privilege of leading Miebach France since January 2019, the time has come to pass the baton, and I can't think of a better person to pass it to," says Alberto Alberici. "Dominik brings nearly three decades of Miebach experience and is ideally positioned to successfully shape the growth of our French office. And while I may have reached retirement age, I am genuinely glad to stay on in a different role, close to the work I've been passionate about my entire career."
