Jürgen Hess

CEO Miebach Group

Jürgen Hess began his career at Miebach Consulting in 1992, where he quickly rose to Head of Supply Chain Structures. 

Credited with expanding the division’s global offering, he took charge of the logistics service provider market before taking over as Chairman of Miebach Consulting Germany in 2001. He was named CEO of Miebach Group in 2003 alongside Jorge Motjé. 

Jürgen has international project experience across a range of markets including Australia, China, India, the UK, and the U.S. He is proud to serve on the Advisory Board for LogiMAT trade fair and as a member of the German Association of Materials Management, Purchasing and Logistics e.V. (BME). 

He holds a degree in Engineering from Technical University Darmstadt.

Jorge Motjé

CEO Miebach Group

Jorge Motjé began his career at Miebach Consulting in 1990 in the Barcelona office. Over the course of the next decade, he joined the Frankfurt’s team during 3 years before setting up the first Miebach office in India (Bangalore) as Managing Director.

In 1999 he returned to Barcelona, becoming Managing Director of Miebach Spain until 2011, when he was named CEO of Miebach Group alongside Jürgen Hess. 

Jorge Motjé has international project experience across Asia, Europe, Latin America, and the United States. 

He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from University of Barcelona and an Executive Education from IESE Business School.

Cinzia Marotti

Chief of Staff

Cinzia Marotti brings over 22 years of experience working closely with executive leadership and in key functions of the Miebach Holding.

After studying business administration and starting her career at Deutsche Bank, she joined Miebach. She began her career as Executive Assistant to the CEO, developing a strong understanding of strategic and operational dynamics. She subsequently took on increasing responsibility for core areas such as controlling, legal & compliance, and shareholder matters, establishing herself as a trusted interface at leadership level.

Since September 2025, she has served as Chief of Staff, supporting the holding management in executing strategy and vision, driving cross-functional initiatives, and strengthening decision-making through structured analysis and clear communication.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, staying active – and as a mother of three, life is never dull.
