A large supplier for hydropower plants faced challenges in delivering components on-time and in-full to world-wide construction sites. Miebach Consulting supported them in the implementation of an integrated logistics management across all functions from construction through production and field assemblies. Consequently, 12 projects were launched, which were accompanied by extensive change measures and strong involvement from management. Specific communication to target groups was created.
