A multinational food manufacturing company, European leader in their market category, contracted Miebach to design a new operational center concept. This Food Terminal would unify production and logistics functions. The concept had to encompass the slicing and packaging of cured and cooked products, while also preparing and managing deliveries once orders have been received from customers, ensuring maximum product shelf life.
