A consumer goods company, with a dominant position in the supermarkets channel, wanted to find out the productivity ratios of the logistics operations in their warehouses. Miebach Consulting developed a new system of incentives for the operational personnel in order to improve productivity. This affected a group of 500 employees at 2 different work centers each comprised of 3 temperature zones, as well as functional areas for online order preparation for home deliveries or pick-up in points of sale.
