The country’s leading chain of supermarkets contracted Miebach Consulting to redesign and implement the changes for their two aging warehouses: one for dry goods and the other for fresh goods. Miebach carried out an economic evaluation of the applicable operational alternatives and drafted the design of the warehouses. Additionally Miebach took charge of project management and supervised the bidding process for the logistics equipment and the computerized systems that would optimize the facilities.
