A global travel retailer was in the midst of an expansion and needed a new logistics organization process which would be more centralized and specialized to allow them greater flexibility to grow and serve new customers. In addition to the new structure itself, Miebach Consulting was asked to create a manual of the new processes, with the intent of making work positions more flexible, exchanging them or easily incorporating and training new employees.
