A leading kitchen manufacturer needed to optimize processes due outdated company structures and to ensure a high delivery service. Miebach Consulting supervised the ongoing traceability project that addressed this challenge. Current outbound processes were evaluated and areas of improvement were identified in order to increase supply chain visibility. Miebach recommended a higher integration of the KPI system and greater control of logistics service providers into the traceability project.
