A large aircraft manufacturer decided to improve and secure a stable supply and demand process performance, aiming at best-in-class results. Miebach Consulting was assigned to assess all European plants, identifying the current maturity level of its processes as well as best practices and potential improvements of each site. All results culminated in a local and global roadmap as a base for continuous improvements towards best-in-class supply and demand processes.
