Unbiased Design

Miebach Consulting began over four decades ago when Dr. Miebach saw the need for an unbiased firm to design distribution, warehousing and manufacturing sites, independent of suppliers of equipment or buildings.  Since the development of this approach, Miebach has supported some of the first automated warehouses and robotic applications in the industry, constantly looking for innovative ways to improve operations. 

Our methodology is not focused on how to introduce automation to an operation, but rather designing sound strategies and processes objectively analyzing the adequate level of technology and identifying possible areas for its application.

Designs based on the client's specific needs

Miebach’s expertise goes beyond design. We support clients with the specification development, tendering, implementation, training and ramp up, and acting as their technical advocate all the way through to the successful go-live. This technical expertise and experience supports our design efforts, ensuring the business case, timelines, and risks identified.  

Our approach is based on practical application and not academic theory. This allows our services to be modular, and can range from a complete turnkey application to more of a staff augmentation approach during the later phases of the project.
