Stephan Gotthardt brings more than 35 years of international leadership experience in restructuring end-to-end supply chains and driving transformation projects.
Over his career, he has held senior executive roles at leading pharmaceutical and healthcare companies as well as in Consulting. Most recently he served as Senior Vice President Europe Supply Chain at Teva Pharmaceuticals and Managing Director of Transpharm Logistics, a Teva/Merckle GmbH company.
He has successfully led large-scale change programs, redesigned distribution and manufacturing networks, and built efficient planning organizations across Europe, the Americas, and Asia.
As Senior Advisor at Miebach, Stephan supports clients in defining resilient, future-ready supply chain footprints and establishing integrated Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes that align strategic goals with operational execution.
In addition to his corporate leadership roles, Stephan brings advisory experience from his work with top-tier consulting firms and from running his own consulting firm, where he supports mid-sized and growth companies on their digital supply chain transformation journeys.
