A leading international aircraft manufacturer implemented a 120 M €, pan-European logistics operations contract, across 10 production plants in multiple countries, with the intent of securing a single supplier. The complexity of this operation generated tension and confusion between the client and supplier, for which Miebach Consulting was contracted to eliminate the factors that were preventing the two companies achieving the targets expected.
