Manager/ Senior Consultant

• Manage and implement assigned projects
• Leading multiple project teams and supporting the training of consultants and analysts' talent.
• Develop the project methodology, content and its approach.
• Conceptually and holistically identify possible solutions and guide the development of analyzes and solutions throughout the supply chain.
• Inspect and guarantee the quality of the content.
• Manage the relationship with the external client, define the communication channels, identify their needs and organize agendas.
• Develop commercial activities and sales management that allow generating new projects and preparing commercial offers mainly related to the area of its competence.
• Assume the responsibility of improving the methodology, services or knowledge of the field of competence defined by Miebach
• Comply with training programs, give feedback and contribute to the Miebach competence centers.

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or similar.
• Master or Postgraduate degree focused on project management, Supply chain management (preferably), MBA or similar.
• More than 6 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Consulting or Project Management related to Supply Chain.
• High communication skills, problem solving, analytical skills and conceptual evaluation of situations.
• Knowledge of standard logistics processes and common computer systems.
• Advanced Excel experience.
• English language required. German knowledge is very valuable.
