Tasks

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead engineering projects managing a team of consultants and spearheading projects for our North American clients. This is your chance to be hands-on in facility design and implementation, collaborating directly with clients to develop innovative solutions and drive impactful change in the integrated supply chain.

Hands-on facility design and implementation
Work directly with clients to understand business requirements of the organization, identify data requirements, and formulate solution strategies
Identify opportunities for improvement, solution alternatives, and calculate benefits to the integrated supply chain
Develop innovative solutions leveraging internal tools, knowledge, and international expertise
Coordinate tasks for teams, ensuring timely execution of deliverables.
Mentor project teams for cross-functional collaboration, coaching colleagues, and fostering career growth.
Manage project contract requirements, ensure budget alignment, and oversee communication with clients and suppliers.

Profile

Experience that Counts: Leverage your 5+ years of relevant supply chain and facility design expertise, including hands-on experience with material handling logistics and engineering.
Innovation in Your DNA: Showcase your knowledge and expertise in warehouse automation, distribution center design, production logistics, and tendering, implementing game-changing solutions for our clients.
Educational Excellence: Hold a Bachelor or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or an equivalent field.
