Andrés Belmont is a Principal in the Oxford office and joined Miebach Consulting in 2019.
He specializes in supply chain transformation projects, including supply network design, 3PL tendering, and the assessment of warehouse operating models. His dual perspective of having worked on Miebach projects both as a client and as a consultant enables him to understand client needs with precision and deliver practical, tailored solutions.
Andrés has over 15 years of experience in supply chain management across the UK, Germany, and Mexico. In addition to his six years at Miebach, he has worked in the industry for nine years at multinational companies including Beiersdorf in Hamburg and Essity in Munich.
He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Tecnológico de Monterrey and an MBA from the University of Furtwangen.
