María Eugenia joined Miebach in 2017 and currently leads People Development across Argentina and Brazil, with a shared focus on the broader Latin America region. As part of the Management Team in both countries, she helps shape the growth of talent and strengthen Miebach’s culture across borders.
She holds degrees in Human Resources and Public Relations. With a background in communication, leadership, and coaching, she brings a people-first mindset to HR strategy and talent development.
