Volker Oschlies is Managing Director of Miebach Switzerland and part of the company since 2014.
Through a large number of national and international projects, his expertise lies in the areas of planning and optimisation of logistics systems, process design and automation as well as implementation management. His focus is always on harmonising innovative and sustainable solutions with the economic goals of his clients. He became a partner in 2020 and took over responsibility for several global key accounts in the technical retail and FMCG sectors in 2022. Two years later, he took on the position of Deputy Managing Director and Director at Miebach in Zug. Since July 2025 Volker is Managing Director of the Swiss office.
Volker holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences (KIT).
