• Hands-on Network Optimization and Facility Design. Work directly with client to understand business requirements of the organization, identify data requirements, and formulate strategies that yield value
• Identify improvement areas, solution alternatives, and calculate benefits to the supply chain. Develop solutions, facilitate sourcing of services and equipment, and manage projects through implementation
• Coordinate tasks for small to medium size teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables. Mentor project team to drive cross-functional collaboration. Manage project requirements and budget
• Develop close working relationship with clients through outstanding project execution and communication. Develop responses and proposals to RFPs appropriate to a customer’s needs

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics
• 5 to 10 years of relevant supply chain experience, in the following fields: Network Optimization, Facility Design, Inventory deployment and optimization, Process and material flow optimization, and S&OP
• Consulting experience is required. Experience working cross-functionally among the entire supply chain is preferred
• Advanced skill with MS Office suite, especially Excel, Access and MS PowerPoint. Experience with network optimization tools is a plus (SC Guru, Cast, others)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Lingual fluency in English, Dutch and French is an asset
