We are currently looking for supply chain consultants and Analysts to support our growth. The new joiner will start his/her career in Miebach collaborate with clients and project teams to enhance supply chain efficiency and contribute to cost savings, understanding and modeling the Clients current operational processes, identifying main pain points, defining and developing solutions, and supporting implementation activities.
This role presents an excellent career opportunity for recent graduates or graduates with some experience to develop supply chain modelling and design skills in multiple industries in an international environment. This position requires domestic travel depending on project requirements.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Support meetings and workshops with clients to understand supply chain/logistics technology needs and day-to-day challenges.
- Assessment and Analysis: Assist in assessing clients’ current IT landscape and logistics processes, collecting information, mapping flows, and identifying gaps.
- Solution Development: Contribute to the design of improvement opportunities, digital use cases, and solution alternatives aligned to client objectives.
- Implementation Support: Participate in implementation activities of recommended solutions, supporting testing, training materials, and go-live preparation.
- Performance Metrics: Help define and track KPIs to evaluate project impact and solution effectiveness.
- Technology Integration: Support analysis and integration activities related to WMS, TMS, ERP, BI, or automation tools, under supervision.
- Change Management: Assist in change-management tasks, such as stakeholder analysis, communication materials, and user adoption support.
- Documentation: Prepare clear project documentation, analyses, presentations, minutes, and progress reports.
- Data Gathering: Collect, validate and structure data from client systems and interviews.
- Process Mapping: Document as-is and to-be processes, user stories and functional requirements.
- Analytical Support: Perform quantitative/qualitative analyses to support recommendations.
- Client Presentation Support: Prepare slides and evidence for client-facing presentations.
- Project Coordination: Track tasks and deliverables, updating plans and risks with the Project Manager.
- IT Learning & Expertise: Stay updated on logistics IT solutions and emerging technologies; apply knowledge to project work.
- Sales Support: Support Managers/Seniors in developing proposals, benchmarks and effort estimations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Master’s degree or specialized training in logistics/ supply chain or digital transformation is a plus.
Skills/ Experience:
- 1–3 years of professional experience in IT consulting, logistics, supply chain, or related operational environments.
- Basic-to-intermediate understanding of supply chain and logistics processes, and interest in industry trends and best practices.
- Familiarity with IT solutions such as WMS, TMS, ERP and/or Business Intelligence tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and project teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and support data-driven recommendations.
- Ability to work in project environments with defined timelines and deliverables.
- Languages: Spanish and English (professional working proficiency). Other languages are a plus.
