Earlier this year, I was forced to reflect on what I wanted from the next chapter of my career. While the circumstances weren't ones I would have chosen, the experience helped me clarify what mattered most to me: meaningful work, opportunities for growth, and being part of a team that genuinely supports one another.

Throughout my career, I've worked across many areas of the supply chain, from inventory management and production operations within the four walls to consulting and supply chain design. Those experiences have given me an appreciation for both the strategic and operational sides of the business and shaped how I approach solving complex supply chain challenges.

As I considered my next opportunity, I wanted to find an organization where I could continue building on that experience while contributing to work that I find both challenging and rewarding.

What immediately attracted me to Miebach was the value the company places on supply chain design as a consulting discipline. In some organizations, design work primarily serves as the starting point for implementation projects. Having spent much of my career helping organizations solve complex supply chain challenges, I was excited by the opportunity to join a company where design is viewed as a critical driver of business success.
