GenAI Hackathon: enriching and transforming

Participating in the GenAI Hackathon in Brazil was as enriching as it was transformative. From the very beginning, we dove deep into content that went far beyond basic ChatGPT usage — we explored the mechanics behind language models, learned the fundamentals of prompt engineering, and most importantly, engaged in building real solutions for our day-to-day challenges.

I took part with the enthusiasm of someone who truly believes in the power of collaboration and innovation. I aimed to spark curiosity, share what I’ve learned so far, and create an environment where everyone felt comfortable to experiment. The response was amazing: the team participated with energy, exchanged ideas openly, and showed a genuine interest in bringing AI beyond the event.

The highlight, without a doubt, was the creation of use cases. It was inspiring to see each group find their own way to apply AI in our routines — from Python automations for commercial prospecting to custom GPTs that streamline deliverables, generate insights, and enhance communication with clients and internal teams. Creativity and purpose were embedded in every solution shared.

More than just an event, the Hackathon became a catalyst. It reinforced that using AI is no longer about the future — it’s about now. And here at Miebach, we have not only the space, but also the right culture to make it happen — with passion, collaboration, strategic thinking, and optimism for what lies ahead.
