Miebach signs partnership agreement with Faderco in Algeria

The agreement was formalized during the "Faderco Digital Day," a day dedicated to discussing digital issues in the industrial sector, organized annually by this Algerian cosmetics and body care products manufacturer. With it, Miebach and Faderco formalize a partnership to foster the exchange of knowledge, innovation, and collaboration on projects related to the supply chain.

This event took place in Algiers last December and brought together numerous experts in the digital and industrial fields to discuss the challenges of the digital supply chain, with a focus on global aspects of the supply chain. Rafael Bofill, Senior Manager and Partner at Miebach, presented the conference "Supply Chain Challenges in Algeria," in which he explained the best approach for a logistics project taking into account the particularities of Algerian companies, as well as showing several case studies. Afterwards, he also participated, together with Westernacher and Bi2S, in the interactive presentation of the digital transformation project that Faderco is developing in its industrial plants.

At the end of the day's program, the collaboration agreement was signed.

Miebach and Faderco

This collaborative relationship between the two companies dates back to 2021, the year in which Miebach, through its offices in Spain and France, carried out several supply chain optimization projects. These included a strategic analysis of the global supply chain, the review and optimization of internal processes in its logistics platforms, the identification of functional requirements for a future Warehouse Management System (WMS), and the automation of the palletization process in one of Sétif's production plants. During the first quarter of 2024, the implementation process will begin, and is expected to be completed by mid-2025.
